Certified Southern Catering is the For-Profit, fund raising arm of the 501c-3 Non-Profit called LETTUM EAT! Over 180,000 free meals have been served to those in need across the Greater Atlanta Area by LETTUM EAT! since the fall of 2019. In that 2 years, citizens all over the areas of service have fallen in love with Chef Hank and Chef Cale Reid’s food. Calls were pouring in for catering opportunities and Certified Southern Catering was born. Chef Hank has 30+ years in the food service industry as an executive chef. There is no substitute for experience, which is what separates the work of LETTUM EAT! and Certified Southern Catering from the rest of the pack. A diverse set of menus exist within the offerings of Certified Southern Catering. There are a few options with Certified Southern Catering that are sure to please. There are 3 official menus that we offer. OFF THE TRUCK makes use of the LETTUM EAT! food truck. The meals are what you might expect with a mobile food set up. You’ll find sandwiches, wraps, paninis, along with a few fried items and sides that would compliment such meals. Our menu called OFF THE SMOKER is more in line with what you would expect at a family BBQ. Lots of meat options and lots of bread options come with traditional BBQ compliments such as Baked Beans, Potato Salad, and Chips. Some fried options come in the OFF THE SMOKER menu in the way of French Fries and Corn Dogs to a good ole fashioned Fish Fry with Hush Puppies. Our catering offering is rounded out with our OUT THE KITCHEN menu that offerers that fancy restaurant vibe with flavors that can only be dreamt up by a chef with 30+ years in the business.
